Returns & Refunds Policy for Faulty or Defective Items

If your order arrives faulty, defective, damaged, or incorrect, please don't hesitate to contact us within 30 days of delivery.

Depending on supplier approval, we offer:

  • Replacement for the same item
  • Store Credit valid for 12 months
  • Refund to the original payment method

If the item was purchased with a gift card, refunds will be issued as store credit.

How to Start a Return Under Our Returns & Refunds Policy

Contact our support team at support@thelittlecornershop.com with your order number, photos/video of the issue, and a description of the problem.

Once approved, we will provide return instructions based on our supplier's warehouse location.

For incorrect or defective items, return shipping is covered by us.

Once the warehouse confirms receipt and inspection, your refund or exchange will be processed.

Refunds typically take:

  • 5–10 business days for the warehouse to receive and inspect your return
  • 3–5 business days for our team to process your request
  • 5–10 business days for your bank/payment provider to complete the refund

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, except when an item is confirmed faulty, damaged, or incorrect
  • Orders cannot be returned without prior approval, as items must be sent to the correct supplier return address (not our office or the customer's local post office)
